Diagnosis
Antennal scrobes join below frontal suture; vertex with a complete median groove; scutellum smooth and shiny with very weak traces of reticulation laterally; petiole 2.0X as long as wide; gaster with 1st tergite distinctly hairy laterally. Similar to leucopterae but with longer petiole and shorter gaster. See also fagus.

missouriensis, but dryas with gaster with first tergite with weak reticulation close to posterior margin.
